Order confirmation

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.It will include your order number, proof of payment. This means that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.

Order Acceptance & Pricing

Please note that sometimes orders cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, including:

  • Incomplete or incorrect information
  • Suspicions of fraud
  • Payment verification issues

We may request additional verification, such as a phone number, address confirmation, proof of identity or banking details before accepting your order.

Price accuracy

We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors can occur. If a pricing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of this error. We reserve the right to cancel orders listed for incorrect pricing even if they have already been confirmed and paid for.

Processing Times & Delivery Times

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping time: 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)

Orders placed before 5pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the next business day.

Track Order

You can track your order with the track & trace number that you receive via the shipping confirmation.
