Definitions
FJØRNA: The company established at the address listed above.
Customer: Any individual or entity that enters into an agreement with FJØRNA.
Parties: FJØRNA and the customer collectively.
Consumer: A customer who is a private individual purchasing for personal use.
Scope of These Terms
These terms apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of services or products by FJØRNA.
Deviations are only valid if expressly agreed in writing by both parties.
Any additional or conflicting terms provided by the customer or third parties are expressly excluded.
Samples and Models
If the customer receives a sample or model, it serves only as an example unless otherwise agreed in writing that the delivered product must match it exactly.
Payment and Terms
FJØRNA may require a deposit of up to 50% of the agreed amount.
The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of delivery.
Payment deadlines are final. Failure to pay on time constitutes default without the need for a reminder.
FJØRNA reserves the right to withhold delivery or demand immediate payment in such cases.
Consequences of Late Payment
If the customer fails to pay on time:

FJØRNA may charge statutory interest: 2% per month for consumers, 8% per month for businesses.

The customer may also be charged collection fees and damages.

FJØRNA may suspend its obligations until payment is received.

In case of bankruptcy, seizure, or debt restructuring, all outstanding claims become immediately due.

Refusal to cooperate does not release the customer from payment obligations.
Right of Reclamation
If payment is not received, FJØRNA has the right to reclaim unpaid goods.
Written or electronic notice will be given.
After notification, the customer must return the products immediately, unless otherwise agreed.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 30 days without giving a reason.
This period starts:

The day after the consumer receives the product or final part of the delivery

Upon confirmation of purchase of digital content
Notice of withdrawal must be sent to info@fjorna.com or through the withdrawal form on our website.
The product must be returned within 30 days after giving notice. Failure to do so voids the right of withdrawal.
Refund of Shipping Costs
If the consumer returns the entire order, any original shipping costs paid will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return.
Shipping costs are only refunded if the full order is returned.
Return Shipping Costs
The consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Right of Retention
FJØRNA reserves the right to retain products until full payment has been made, unless satisfactory security has been provided.
This also applies to any previous orders with outstanding payments.
FJØRNA is not liable for damages incurred by the customer due to exercising this right.
Retention of Title
FJØRNA retains ownership of all delivered products until full payment has been made.
Before ownership transfers, the customer may not sell, pledge, or otherwise encumber the goods.
If unpaid goods are reclaimed, the agreement is considered terminated, and FJØRNA is entitled to compensation for damages.
Delivery
Delivery is subject to stock availability.
Products ordered online will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
If payment is not received on time, delivery may be postponed.
Delivery Time
Delivery times are indicative only and do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation unless agreed in writing.
If delivery has not occurred within 30 days of a written reminder, the customer may cancel the purchase.
Complaints and Warranty
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults caused by material or production issues.
Warranty period: 2 years.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or alterations made by the customer.
Limitation of Liability
FJØRNA is only liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
We are not liable for indirect damages such as financial loss, consequential damage, or loss of income.
Liability is limited to the invoiced amount of the affected order.
Force Majeure
FJØRNA is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure, such as strikes, natural disasters, transport issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If such a situation lasts more than 30 days, either party may cancel the agreement in writing.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Norwegian law.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Oslo, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
